OBJECTIVE

To ensure the Quality Environment System always being a continuous practice to warrant effectiveness of the organization applicable and coincide with the objectives of the Office that lead to :-

Enhencing the professionalism in management and administration of the Palace Institution as well as fostering a cooperative culture through participation of all staffs in accomplishing the whole affairs, whether formal or informal, of Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Terengganu

Fostering a knowledgeble culture, faith and charity towards producing mukmi and visionaries officers and staffs in order to convey satisfaction to Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Terengganu, and

Practicing corporative, systematic and safe management in managing and administering the Palace Institution
